I am a bilingual/bicultural Spanish-speaking professional counseling associate in the state of Oregon. I am a mom, a wife, a believer in science, and a social justice advocate. I am a current high school counselor and have previously held employment in human services in both the child welfare and self-sufficiency programs. I am the oldest daughter of Mexican immigrants; I understand firsthand the external pressures of fulfilling the mythical “American Dream.”

My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe and inclusive place for you to speak your truth and to help you develop coping skills. I firmly believe in rehabilitation; to me, this means a person is not their past actions, and every person has the capacity for positive change. Allow me to provide you with a judgment-free space to discuss specific issues and existential questions and/or enhance your overall well-being.

    As a Professional Counselor Associate, I am required to complete ongoing clinical supervision. This means I can confidentially consult with my supervisor, a Licensed Professional Counselor, on my work with clients to receive guidance and feedback. This helps ensure my clients are receiving the best care possible.

  • I do not provide in person appointments at this time.

    All appointments are provided online through a HIPPA secure Telehealth platform.

  • Rates:

    $195 for 60-minute individual therapy session.

    $215 for initial intake.

    I can accept Oregon Health Plan.
